Jarrett Seltzer isn’t exactly looking forward to New Jersey’s upcoming ban of single-use plastic bags.
The owner of Bagels by Jarrett, a West Orange shop that offers only takeout and delivery service, doesn’t know what to do with the $500 stack of plastic bags he uses for catering orders.
